To continue our story, we are looking for an experienced Drupal developer with a passion for open source to strengthen our team remotely. As Drupal Developer you will continue to build on the most innovative projects in an agile way together with a fixed team of experts. These projects range from site building with paragraphs and Layout Builder, search implementations with Apache Solr, full continuous content migrations, integrating external APIs to defining and setting up APIs.
In addition, you get the unique opportunity to work with our Dropsolid Platform. This means that you get ownership of the entire deployment, as well as setting up environments, choosing PHP versions and finally managing SSL and domains for our projects.
Responsibilities that excite you:
- You adopt concepts from Symfony to Drupal and apply them in accordance with best practices.
- You translate a business need into a technical solution.
- Together with your team you build and implement innovative projects in Drupal according to the agile method.
- You support the team as a technical expert and always start from the client's needs.
- Where necessary, you are responsible for communication with clients
Job requirements
You identify with the following skillset:
- Experience in building digital projects.
- A thorough knowledge of development tooling, such as: GIT, CI, Performance Analytics, Security and Automation.
- You breathe Drupal and PHP.
- An understanding to use the qualities within the team in an optimal way.
- A strong sense of responsibility.
- The will and courage to give the right advice on the problem, even if this means going back to the drawing board.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
