Your Responsibilities

Coordinating and drafting presales proposals

  • You coordinate the writing process for large tenders and European public procurements.

  • You ensure that the right people are involved at the right time in the process.

  • You safeguard the coherence between technical, commercial, and operational input.

Gathering information & analyzing client needs

  • You collaborate with internal teams to collect all necessary information.

  • You analyze the client’s request and translate it into clear, compelling answers within the proposal.

Developing and following up on bid plans

  • Based on client requirements, you create a bid plan with clear milestones, deadlines, and responsibilities.

  • You closely monitor progress and ensure that proposals are submitted completely and on time.

Monitoring progress and quality

  • You oversee progress throughout all phases of the proposal process.

  • You pay close attention to timing, quality, capacity, risks, budget, scope, and compliance.

Striving for excellence

  • You ensure the quality of proposals and guarantee a consistent, professional presentation.

Collaboration & resource planning

  • You coordinate and align the required resources per project or proposal.

Improving sales presentations

  • You elevate sales presentations to the next level, ensuring alignment with the external marketing narrative.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in bid management, presales, or tender coordination.

  • Experience with European public tenders is a strong plus.

  • You have excellent organizational skills and work in a structured way.

  • You communicate clearly, persuasively, and diplomatically.

  • You can easily switch between strategic thinking and hands-on follow-up.

  • You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.
