Your responsibilities
You support and advise clients who use Mautic.
You carry out onboarding processes for new Mautic projects.
You build smart email campaigns, landing pages, and drip sequences in Mautic.
You ensure correct data setup, segmentation, and tagging of contacts.
You love data and know how to generate reports. You analyze statistics to continuously improve campaigns and funnels.
You run A/B tests and solve technical issues related to email deliverability, tracking, or APIs.
You are part of the Mautic Community and contribute to its growth.
Job requirements
What we are looking for
You have at least 2 years of experience with marketing automation, preferably Mautic. Experience with other tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign) is a plus.
You have knowledge of HTML/CSS to customize and optimize email templates and landing pages.
You can interpret data and turn it into concrete improvements for campaigns.
You are communicative: you can easily switch between technical and non-technical stakeholders (internally & externally) and clearly report on progress and results.
You interact well with clients and have experience in conducting workshops and presentations.
You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and/or English.
