Job description

Dropsolid designs, builds, hosts, evolves and creates powerful websites with results. Combined in a digital ecosystem with at its base a CMS (Drupal), marketing automation (Mautic), personalization (Apache Unomi), and even AI. Traditional systems make way for innovative Digital Experience Platforms. Starting from a strong digital strategy, we create the best online experiences for organizations and all their stakeholders.

Our culture is as important as our code, and it’s reflected in our
6 core values: Trust, Connect, Help, Challenge, Grow and Enjoy. They're the foundation and heart of our company. Driven by an open culture, with a focus on long-term relationships and with a passion for customer intimacy, we always put our customers and their needs first.

To continue our story, we are looking for a driven Drupal Developer to strengthen our Talent team (consultancy).

Dropsolid Consultancy strengthens organizations with specialized open-source expertise-from Drupal, Mautic, UX/UI, SEO to (open) AI-via continuous knowledge sharing, direct communication and flexible, personal collaboration. This enables them to realize their digital ambitions faster and more effectively.

Your responsibilities

  • You carry Symfony concepts over to Drupal and use them according to best practices.

  • You translate a business need into a technical solution.

  • You build and implement innovative Drupal projects following the agile methodology.

  • You take the lead in projects and coordinate them.

  • You support the team as a technical expert, always starting from the client’s needs.

  • You handle communication with clients where necessary.

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • Experience building digital projects.

  • A thorough knowledge of development tooling such as GIT, CI, Performance Analysis, Security, and Automation.

  • You live and breathe Drupal and PHP, yet communicate like a true Project Owner.

  • You have the insight to optimally leverage the team’s skills.

  • You have a strong sense of responsibility.

  • You can maintain an overview, both for planning and budgeting.

  • You have the willingness and courage to give the right advice on issues, even if that means going back to the drawing board.

  • You work and live in Spain or Portugal.

What we offer

  • You join a challenging, innovative company with a clear vision, built on our six core values.

  • All Dropsolid employees are involved in the company’s growth and are given the opportunity to contribute ideas and develop themselves.

  • We host bi-weekly tech meetings to learn new things—external speakers share their experiences, but you can also share yours.

  • We organize internal Guilds and events to exchange knowledge within the Drupal community and beyond, such as DrupalCon, Drupal Developer Days, Frontend United, etc.

  • A company where every idea is considered and, if feasible, implemented.

  • An attractive salary package with fringe benefits, 12 ADV days (additional leave), and plenty of growth opportunities.

  • The freedom to share your own insights and ideas about Drupal with the wider Drupal community. Our employees attend events such as DrupalCon, Drupal Developer Days, Frontend United, and more each year! You can also lead your own workshops!

  • A place at Dropsolid: we are 100% committed to open source, with Drupal as our primary specialization. You’ll also build a technical résumé that is highly valued externally.
