Technical Lead

To continue our story, we are looking for a driven Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will work in an Agile environment on highly innovative projects alongside a dedicated team. These projects range from site building with Paragraphs and Layout Builder and search implementations with Apache Solr, to full continuous content migrations and integrating or defining external APIs.

Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to work with the Dropsolid Platform. This means you take full ownership of deployments, setting up environments, choosing PHP versions, and managing SSL certificates and domains for our projects.

Your responsibilities

• You apply Symfony concepts within Drupal, adhering strictly to industry best practices.

• You translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

• You lead your team in building and implementing innovative Drupal projects using Agile methodologies.

• You take the lead and handle technical coordination within projects.

• You support the team as a technical expert, always keeping the customer’s needs in mind.

• You manage communication with clients whenever necessary.

• You actively contribute to managing, monitoring, and continuously optimizing our Information Security Management System (ISMS).

What we are looking for in you

• Proven experience in building digital projects.

• Deep knowledge of development tooling, such as Git, CI, Performance Analysis, Security, and Automation.

• You live and breathe Drupal and PHP, but you communicate like a true Technical Lead.

• The insight to maximize the skills within your team.

• A strong sense of responsibility.

• The ability to maintain a clear overview of both planning and budget.

• The courage and drive to provide the right advice for any problem, even if it means going back to the drawing board.

• Excellent proficiency in English.
