Functional analyst

For an assignment with a customer, we are looking for a driven functional analyst. As a functional analyst, you advise the customer in very diverse areas. In this way, you make the translation from current, digital possibilities to the concrete implementation that is focused on the wishes and needs of the customer. Your knowledge of the digital landscape plays a crucial role in this, because you advise them on the possibilities and opportunities for their business.

Your responsabilities

• You are interested in the business and the needs of the customer and ask the right questions.

• You translate the needs of the customer into a functional analysis that is used as a blueprint for the development of websites, web shops and other online applications and also know how to document this in a correct manner.

• You organize and lead workshops with the customer in which you distil the information from the conversations in an analytical way and ensure a crystal-clear functional analysis.

• You process the figures from various tools to support your verbal and written advice.

What we are looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the digital sector.

• Knowledge of how CMS systems work and how this can be used for our customers.

• Desire to work in an agile way.

• The gift of speaking both the language of the customer and the language of our designers and developers.

• A strong sense of responsibility and solution-oriented thinking.

• Smooth customer communication skills and experience in leading workshops and giving presentations.

• An aptitude for following up the preparatory process with the customer in a structured and planned manner.

• Good knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus.
