To continue our story, we are looking for a driven Data Business Analyst to strengthen our Talent team (consultancy).
Dropsolid Consultancy strengthens organizations with specialized open-source expertise-from Drupal, Mautic, UX/UI, SEO to (open) AI-via continuous knowledge sharing, direct communication and flexible, personal collaboration. This enables them to realize their digital ambitions faster and more effectively.
Your responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into data models, dashboards, and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and management to support data-informed strategies.
Design and improve KPIs and business metrics that align with company goals.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Job requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a data/business analyst or similar role.
Experience in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Skilled in data visualisation, reporting, and predictive analytics to support business intelligence efforts.
Proficient in working with large datasets, identifying trends, and optimising operational efficiency by aligning data-driven solutions with business needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data interpretation and storytelling.
Proficiency in data tools.
Familiarity with business process modeling and data visualization best practices.
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
