Your responsibilities
Develop and maintain modern, scalable React applications.
Contribute to technical decisions and architecture within the frontend domain.
Design and build reusable UI components and design systems.
Write clean, well-tested, and high-performing code.
Optimize performance, accessibility, and security.
Integrate APIs (REST, GraphQL) and other backend services.
Collaborate closely with UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.
Perform code reviews and mentor mid-level/junior developers.
Actively contribute to agile processes (sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives).
Stay up to date with the latest developments in React and the frontend ecosystem, and translate these into practical improvements.
Job requirements
What we are looking for
At least 8 years of experience in frontend development, with 5+ years working with React.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query).
Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience in mentoring or leading development teams.
Strong eye for UX and performance.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
