Your challenge

  • You are a driven business creator who thrives in a competitive market.
    You gain energy from building relationships, opening new doors, and convincing prospects.

  • You are responsible for developing new business within the industry segment (non-public).
    You build and manage your own sales pipeline and focus on creating long-term partnerships.

  • You inspire clients to realize their digital ambitions and guide them toward greater impact and faster ROI through Dropsolid’s Digital Experience Platform and AI capabilities.

  • You work closely with marketing, solution architects, and delivery teams to refine propositions and create high-impact solutions.

  • You actively build your personal brand on LinkedIn and other channels, positioning yourself (and Dropsolid) as a thought leader in digital experience and engagement.

  • You attend networking events, trade shows, and exclusive gatherings to expand your network and generate new opportunities.

  • You leverage AI tools to prospect smarter, gain better insights, and activate your network more efficiently.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • You have relevant experience as a business developer, solution sales professional, or (key) account manager, preferably in a digital, tech, or SaaS context.

  • You have an affinity for digital transformation, SaaS, enterprise software, and services.

  • You combine strong commercial flair with strategic insight and a focus on value creation.

  • You possess a natural charisma and can build relationships based on trust and impact.

  • You are results-driven, entrepreneurial, and have a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

  • You are a true networker who thrives on making new connections.

  • You are familiar with (or curious about) AI tools to make your sales process scalable and future-proof.

  • You believe in the power of personal branding and are willing to actively invest in it.

  • You speak fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus.
