Solution Architect (France)

Dropsolid is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and implement our AI-powered Open Digital Experience Enablement Platform. This innovative, modular platform empowers organizations to rapidly create customized Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs), leveraging open-source technology and advanced AI-driven integration capabilities.

Role summary
As a Solution Architect at Dropsolid, you'll architect and implement open, modular, AI-driven digital experience enablement solutions. Your responsibility includes helping customers leverage both platform-level AI capabilities and AI-powered applications across CMS, Marketing Automation, and CDP. You will guide customers in adopting our suite of AI-driven application solutions (Dropsolid AI Solutions), ensuring smooth integration and certified, secure, and compliant digital experience platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of Dropsolid’s AI-powered Open Digital Experience Enablement Platform, enabling customers to build their own tailored DXPs.

• Define integration strategies using modular open-source components including Apache Unomi (CDP), Mautic (marketing automation), Drupal CMS, real-time analytics, and AI orchestration.

• Guide clients towards adopting Dropsolid’s AI-driven application-level solutions for CMS, Marketing Automation, and CDP (see solutions).

• Ensure the Digital Experience Enablement Platform seamlessly integrates certified, sovereign AI at both platform and application levels, maintaining full compliance and sovereignty.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product teams, and clients, translating complex business requirements into modular platform architectures and adaptive integrations.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to clearly demonstrate how Dropsolid's AI-powered solutions enhance clients' digital experience capabilities and accelerate their implementation.

• Utilize Dropsolid’s sovereign AI technologies to streamline development, enhance marketing operations, and ensure full data sovereignty and compliance.

• Receive ongoing professional development and training on Drupal AI orchestration and AI-assisted integration directly from Frederik Wouters, Head of Innovation at Dropsolid AI (Drupal AI Training).

• Ensure platform solutions fully comply with GDPR, data sovereignty principles, and ISO-certified standards.

Qualifications and experience

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect for modular, open-source digital experience platforms, CMS, marketing automation, and customer data management.

• Deep technical expertise in Drupal, Apache Unomi, Mautic, Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure, Kafka, and related open-source technologies.

• Experience with AI-driven digital experience applications (CMS, marketing automation, CDP) is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted code development, AI orchestration architectures, and Drupal AI integration is advantageous (training available).

• Experience in Marketing Cloud Platforms (MCP), AI-assisted API integration, and automated SDK generation is considered a strong plus.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; adept at clearly articulating complex architectures and integration strategies.

• Passionate about open-source software, modular design, adaptive integration solutions, and sovereign AI.

• Fluent English required; Dutch or French proficiency is important.
