UX/UI Designer - Spain/Portugal

To continue our story, we are looking for a UX/UI designer to strengthen our Talent team (consultancy).

Dropsolid Consultancy strengthens organizations with specialized open-source expertise-from Drupal, Mautic, UX/UI, SEO to (open) AI-via continuous knowledge sharing, direct communication and flexible, personal collaboration. This enables them to realize their digital ambitions faster and more effectively.

Your responsibilities

• As a UX/UI Designer you strive, together with the client and your team, for the best result for both the end-user and the business.
• You are a creative problem solver and develop visually impressive designs in line with our design principles.
• You work for first-class clients from our office in Ghent or from home.
• You work closely together with your colleagues from the solution teams consisting of frontend and backend developers, service delivery managers and analysts.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor or master degree preferably in digital design/ digital media or equivalent through experience.
•  Experience as a UX/UI Designer (min 5 years).
• Creative ideas in abundance.
• An eye for accurate design.
• A passion for designing websites.
• A flexible attitude and strong communication skills.
• Experience with prototyping and wireframing.
• An initial experience with accessibility design.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience with programs such as Figma, Axure and Adobe XD.
• You work and live in Spain or Portugal.
